I help people with movement - moving in gravity, sensing and feeling, and relating to others.

Some practitioners who work with the body treat it as separate from other aspects of the self and consider assistance with emotions, beliefs or relating to be the realm of a counsellor or therapist.

I believe all aspects of a person are present all the time.  I may be treating your arm pain but I am also treating your arm as gesture – to embrace, to reach, to say no for example.  In my Rolfing® sessions we work with your movement as this living, breathing, loving physical expression of your self.

"... no situation exists in a human which a psychologist would diagnose as a feeling of insecurity or inadequacy unless it is accompanied by a physical situation which bears witness to the fact that the gravitational support is inadequate."
